About The Artist

In 2017, Alyssa started her woodworking journey right out of high school and fell in love with it! Starting with a way to pay for college, her passion moved into honing her craft into a full-time business during the pandemic. You'll often find her in the workshop with her beloved dog, making a new idea come to life.

Being in the beautiful Pacific Northwest in Bremerton, she is able to share her works all over the State of Washington and Oregon! Lincoln Woodworks has many relationships across the northwest with wineries, breweries, and of course- our amazing customers.

Picnic Tables:

Lincoln Woodworks specializes in high quality picnic tables. All our cedar comes from local mills and distributors.

What makes Lincoln woodworks picnic tables extra special is all lumber is TRUE dimension. The standard 2x6 is actually 1.5x.5.5 but our lumber keeps that full dimension.

All of the picnic tables are currently made with Yellow Alaskan Cedar which is known as the hardest Cedar in the world. The lumber produced is extremely rot-resistant and the best cedar for durability. Growing mostly in Alaska but can also be found here, in the Washington mountain ranges. Because it typically grows in high elevations the trees grow slower making each board “old growth lumber”.

Traditional Picnic Tables: Design and Dimensions

Details make all the difference!

Our standard picnic tables come with benches that are 5-foot-4-inches wide.

Tabletops are 6 feet long and 35 inches wide.

We use only true dimensions and plane our lumber by hand so that you can be sure that your picnic table is of the highest quality.

However, we also offer custom designs with wider and longer tables and tops to fit your specific needs.

The top edges are routed and the surfaces are sanded to perfection.

Materials & Construction

We use only the best materials when constructing our wooden picnic tables. All exterior screws are countersunk under the decks to ensure long life and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. We use carriage bolts with lock nuts for extra strength that won't loosen over time. You can rest assured that your beautiful, handcrafted wooden picnic table will last for years to come!

Alyssa Lincoln built 10 teak [cedar] picnic tables for our wine tasting room in 2018 that continue to stand the test of time and elements.

She was prompt, professional, and completed the project on time and on budget.

We were so happy with her work that purchased cutting boards for serving charcuterie in the Tasting Room and had her sell her wares at our Winter Market,

We highly recommend her for any and all of your woodworking needs.
